Daddy and Oliver

I found this picture from Christmas time and thought it was really cute.

Also, today we got a new dishwasher. When the guys were here installing it Ethan was taking a 3 hour nap. When he woke up he came down stairs. Me and Oliver were in the kitchen. Ethan says "Hi Mommy" he looks at the dishwasher puts his hand on the handle and says, " Oh that's new!" It was too funny.

My Sisters

As most of you know, I have the best sisters. I am currently going through some SERIOUS sister withdrawals, (so if any of you call me and I don't answer its because I am busy crying and I cannot compose myself.) I am looking at the calendar and there is no time in sight that I will be seeing any of them. Which causes a very big problem for me. Some of them will be seeing each other soon, which makes things more difficult for me. So any of you please just come visit me. Or just move here so I don't have to deal with the withdrawals anymore.

Snow that sticks????

So we woke up today with about 2 inches of snow. Then is snowed about another inch. 410 was shut down so Tom got to stay home with us today. I got to take a 2 1/2 hour nap. So nice! The boys got to go for a short ride. Oliver didn't like snow so we went right back inside.

Tom had fun getting to play with Ethan. He likes getting pulled around the yard. He wanted to build a snow man and then sword fight with it. Luckily he forgot by the time the snow man was built.
We finally got to use the snow suit Ethan got when he was a baby. He was just too big or to small when we needed it so Oliver got to wear it. It was pretty cute.
The wonderful snow man Tom built and Ethan watched. The snow was pretty dry so it was a little hard to stick together.
Tom was very proud of his snow man.

Super Man!!

Well here is my little super hero. He really likes to take the cape off and put it on you.
He needed some tickle time.

Such a Big Boy

So I know its not the biggest deal but, Oliver is just getting to big. (not in size, he is only 19.2lbs) he is just at the point where he is learning things so fast. He is crawling all over the place, pulling himself up on everything. And it is so fun to watch him play with toys and not just try and eat them and drool all over them. On Friday I took him to the doctor and he has croup. He is so much better now, with some breathing treatments done. He is such a happy baby and he just loves his older brother.

Ethan wants to get in that duck soo bad.

He bashed his face on the couch on Saturday. He is OK though.
He is not naked. He does have a diaper on you just cant see it.
He sure loves his nana.

Am I really Bowser???

So it cant be a good thing when you son tells you that you are Bowser from the Mario games. His new thing is walking around the house with the Mario Party case pointing to all the characters telling me who is who. Ethan is Mario, Tom is Luigi and I am Bowser. Why cant I be the princess? Nana is one of the princess's. I don't remember who everyone else is because I was to traumatized. And not only am I Bowser, I am also the Evil Dr. Octopus from Spiderman. ( he has a spiderman book that says "Look Out!! The Evil Dr. Octopus is on the Loose!!") So he always says he has to save Oli from me. What is that all about. I am the nice one. Tom is the mean one. I always give him treats and goodies. I guess I just have to think its funny but it does suck a little.

Ethan and Emma

Well things have been normal for a house that has a baby and a 2 year old. Last week Emma came over and, well this is about how it usually goes for the two of them. I did get to cut her hair this weekend. It is so cute. I really wanted to cut another inch or two off but I didn't want to make Shawn mad.
Ethan and Oli have been playing really well together. I cant believe how much Oli is growing. He is a full on crawler now and he thinks he is a really big boy by pulling himself up on anything and everything. He is still wearing 6-9 month clothes but soon to be out of them. He is so much smaller than Ethan was it is so weird. Ethan could suck down a 10 oz bottle and Oli barfs if he has any more than 6. It really is crazy how different the two are. They both are hilarious though. I cant decide who is funnier though, they both are just laughing and making me laugh. The one thing i cant control myself is when Ethan is being bad, talking back or kicking me or something. I say if you do that again you are going to get a spank. To which he replies, A big fat woopen? How do you not laugh at that?

Making An Appointment

Maybe a lot of people don't realize how important a hair stylists time is. If you make an appointment to get your hair cut and colored that time is about 2 hours. So if you need to cancel that appointment, don't do it 15 minutes after you were supposed to be there. I have clients on my books so when you cancel or are 20 minutes late, that throws off my entire day. And if you are going to be 30 minutes late, just forget it. There is not enough time to do it. I am not going to make my next client wait because you cant keep your appointment. And if you really do have to cancel do it as early as you can. Then at least I can take other appointments. I miss out when you don't show up. And I guarantee ALL hair stylists feel this way. So try and treat us like the doctor or dentist. You wouldn't just not show up that those appointments would you?

Party like a Rock Star

Our new years was pretty fun. We played Rock Band all night. I haven't stayed up in about 4 years so it was kinda weired. We decided to pursue careers in music. I never new how talented I am as a singer. I have the most beautiful voice. LOL!! If you haven't played this yet you have to try it. After you get over feeling stupid it really i sso much fun.
